Pinning Favourite Reports
Save time by pinning the reports you use daily or weekly so they’re always easy to find at the top of your gallery, without scrolling or searching.
Hover over any report card in the gallery to reveal the Pin Report option. Pinning a report marks it as a favorite, making it easier to locate among the full gallery.
How to Pin a Report
- 1Hover your mouse over any report card in the gallery. The card highlights with a colored background (red) to indicate it is selected.
- 2A bookmark icon appears in the top-right corner of the card with a “Pin Report” tooltip.

What Happens When You Pin a Report
- Pinned reports are visually distinguished in the gallery so you can spot them quickly.
- Your pin selections are saved to your user profile and persist across sessions.
- Pinning is personal to your account. Other users are not affected by your pinned reports.
- There is no limit to the number of reports you can pin, but pinning too many reduces the benefit. Focus on the 5 to 10 reports you use most often.
