The Platform Settings section in KEBS allows administrators to configure core system preferences including AI model integration, Office 365 mail connectivity, and master data management. These settings ensure your KEBS environment is tailored to your organization’s tools and workflows.

Mail Settings (Office 365 / MS Teams)
Seamlessly integrates your Office 365 email and Microsoft Teams workflows with KEBS, enabling features like email syncing and calendar-based scheduling.
Certain features in KEBS require an active Office 365 connection. When you access a module that needs this integration, the system will prompt you to log in with your O365 credentials.
How to Connect Office 365
- 1When you navigate to a feature that requires Office 365, a popup dialog will appear with the message: “Some features in this application requires you to login with O365.”
- 2Click the Login with O365 button to proceed. If you do not wish to connect at this time, click Cancel to continue without the integration.
- 3You will be redirected to the Log in with O365 page. Click the Login with Microsoft button to authenticate using your Microsoft account.
- 4Complete the Microsoft sign-in process by entering your credentials. Once authenticated, you will be redirected back to KEBS with full access to O365-dependent features.
Master Data Configuration
Ensures consistency and accuracy across the platform by maintaining a single source of truth for reference data such as departments, designations, cost centers, and other organizational parameters.
Master data refers to the core reference information that is used throughout KEBS modules.
