Customer Reports in the Projects module provide visibility into project health, employee effort, and financial standing. These reports help project managers, delivery managers, and finance leads track project timelines, monitor team utilization, and stay on top of accounts receivable.
Project Header Report
Get a bird’s-eye view of all active and planned projects, enabling faster decision-making on resource allocation and delivery timelines.
The Project Header Report displays a high-level overview of all projects in a tabular format. Each row represents a single project and includes identifiers, timelines, and classification details.
How to Access the Project Header Report
- 1Navigate to Reports from the left sidebar menu.
- 2Select Project Header Report from the list of available reports.
- 3The report will load with all projects displayed in a table format. You can use the search, filter, and sort icons on each column header to refine your view.
Key Columns

| Project Code | The internal project code tied to the Statement of Work (SOW) or engagement reference. |

Timesheet Daily Log Report (Employee Detail)
Monitor team utilization on a daily basis, identify gaps in timesheet submissions, and ensure accurate billing and resource tracking.
The Timesheet Daily Log Report provides a calendar-style view of employee time entries. It shows each team member’s logged hours broken down by day, making it easy to spot missing entries or uneven workload distribution.
How to Access the Timesheet Daily Log Report
- 1Navigate to Reports from the left sidebar menu.
- 2Select Timesheet Daily Log Report – Calendar View from the report list.
- 3Set the Duration by selecting a date range using the calendar picker (e.g., 01/05/2026 to 31/05/2026).
- 4Use the Days and Column dropdowns at the top right to adjust the view granularity.
- 5The report will display each employee with their total hours and a day-by-day breakdown of logged hours.
Key Columns

| Total Hours | The cumulative hours logged by the employee for the selected duration. |

AR Report (Accounts Receivable)
Stay on top of project-level receivables to reduce overdue payments and maintain healthy cash flow across engagements.
The AR Report provides a financial view of all outstanding receivables linked to projects. It helps the finance team track invoice statuses, identify overdue payments, and manage collections effectively.
How to Access the AR Report
- 1Navigate to Reports from the left sidebar menu.
- 2Select AR Report from the available project customer reports.
- 3Apply filters as needed to narrow down results by project, date range, or account.
Time Tracker Report
Gain detailed insights into how time is allocated across projects and tasks, enabling data-driven decisions on staffing and billing accuracy.
The Time Tracker Report provides a detailed analysis of time logged against projects and tasks. Unlike the Timesheet Daily Log Report which focuses on a calendar view of daily entries, the Time Tracker Report aggregates time data to show total effort at the project and task level.
How to Access the Time Tracker Report
- 1Navigate to Reports from the left sidebar menu.
- 2Select Time Tracker Report from the project customer reports section.
- 3Set the desired date range and apply any project or employee filters to refine the data.
- 4Review the aggregated time data across projects and tasks.
