The KEBS Homepage is your central hub when you log into the platform. It provides a personalized overview of your profile information, favorite applications, timesheets, reminders, approvals, and more. This guide walks you through each section of the homepage so you can navigate KEBS with confidence from day one.
Homepage Overview
Get a quick snapshot of your daily work, pending tasks, and key metrics without navigating through multiple modules.
When you log into KEBS, you are greeted with a personalized homepage that displays your name, employee ID, and a collection of widgets. Each widget is designed to give you quick access to the information and tools you use most often.
The homepage is organized into the following key areas:

| Smart Reminders | AI-powered reminders to help you stay on top of important tasks and deadlines. |
| Timesheet of the Week | Your timesheet summary for the current week, showing logged hours at a glance. |
| Pending Approvals | Items awaiting your review and approval, such as leave requests or timesheets. |
| My Direct Reportees | A list of employees who report directly to you. |
| Upcoming Birthdays | Birthday reminders for colleagues in your organization. |
| Kiosk | The attendance clock-in and clock-out panel with daily and monthly hour totals. |
Smart Reminders
Never miss a deadline or forget a follow-up. Smart Reminders proactively alert you about pending actions so nothing slips through the cracks.
The Smart Reminders widget is located on the left side of the homepage, just below the My Favorite Apps section. It displays AI-powered notifications that remind you about upcoming deadlines, overdue tasks, pending approvals, and other time-sensitive items.
When there are no active reminders, the widget displays a “No Smart Reminders Available!” message. As activities, deadlines, or follow-ups become due, reminders will automatically appear here to keep you informed.
My Favorite Apps
Save time by placing the modules you use daily right on your homepage for one-click access.
The My Favorite Apps widget allows you to pin up to 6 applications to your homepage for quick access. By default, commonly used modules such as KEBS Support, Accounts, Employee Directory, Opportunities, Reports, and Projects may already be pinned.
Adding Apps to Your Favorites
To customize which apps appear in your Favorite Apps widget, follow these steps:
- 1Click the + Add Apps button inside the My Favorite Apps widget on your homepage.
- 2A popup titled “Add Apps To My Favorites Widget” will appear, showing all available applications.
- 3Use the Search Apps bar to find a specific module, or scroll through the list to browse available options.
- 4Check the box next to each app you want to add. Apps that are already added will have a red checkbox.
- 5Uncheck any app you want to remove from your favorites.
- 6Close the popup. Your changes are saved automatically and the widget will update immediately.
The available applications include modules such as Accounts, Employee Directory, KEBS Support, Opportunities V2, Projects, Reports, Collector, Contacts, Expenses, Integration Console, Invoices, and more. The apps you select will appear as icon shortcuts on your homepage for quick navigation.
